Guest speaker Dr Roberta Crisci-Richardson (Lecturer, Art History & Theory, School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Federation University Australia, Ballarat). Crisci-Richardson studied the history of art in Rome, Paris, and Melbourne, specialising in French and Belgian art of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
Moving across prints, photography and installation art, this exhibition gives us a chance to look at the artworks of two artists in a conversation across time and space which unfolds to reveal references, connections and entanglements with the politically volatile but artistically extraordinary environment of the 1960-70s.
