The Italian Cultural Institute is proud to promote, in collaboration with the ST Ali Italian Film Festival, a special screening of Ferzan Özpetek latest hit film, “Diamanti.”
This powerful female-led drama is set in 1970s Rome and stars Luisa Ranieri and Jasmine Trinca as two sisters running a prestigious costume design atelier for the film industry. The movie celebrates women, sisterhood and the complexity of human relationships. It also pays tribute to the art and tradition of Italian costume design as a world-wide recognized symbol of excellence and creativity.
At the event, guests will be able to enjoy a complimentary glass of fine Italian wine before the start of the film.
The event will take place at The Kino Cinema in Melbourne, on the 25th of September, 6pm arrival for a 6:15 start.
