The Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne hereby gives notice that the Sale Notice has been published for the sale of the property owned by the Republic of Italy known as Elm Tree House, located at 233 Domain Road, South Yarra VIC 3141.
The deadline for the submission of offers is no later than 12 pm AEST on 28 August 2026. Offers must be submitted strictly in accordance with the procedures set out in the Sale Notice, available at the link:
