The Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute, brought together representatives from government, business, culture and the Italian community for an evening dedicated to the values of democracy, freedom and civic participation that have shaped the Italian Republic for eighty years. ⭐🌿
The presence of the Ambassador of Italy to Australia Lener and Minister D’Ambrosio representing the Victorian Government, added special significance to the occasion, which also featured a video message from the Premier of Victoria Allan, reflecting the strength of the relationship and friendship between Italy and Australia.
Guests enjoyed a truly unique program, featuring outstanding performances by Melbourne Opera and “Italia è Moda”, an immersive experience that transported visitors into the world of Italian creativity, elegance and innovation.
Through music, culture, technology and design, the evening presented a contemporary vision of Italy: a Country that continues to inspire through its talent, expertise, innovation and world-renowned excellence.
