Audiovisual portrait of Pasolini made in 1966 for the prestigious “Cinéastes de notre temps” series. Interviewed by Jean-André Fieschi, Pasolini retraces the places of his life and his cinema: from his Roman apartment in via Eufrate, on the outskirts of Rome, to the beach of Ostia. Back to Rebibbia, he explains his idea of cinema as a “language of reality”, talks about his relations with neorealism and the Nouvelle Vague and his own films, announcing his Teorema project.
