A magic sinergy between highly regarded Italian chefs Carmelo Chiaromonte and Guy Grossi. They will present a special menu on the occasion of “Sicily,Mediterranean Garden” exploring recipes and flavour from the 3rd Century B.C. to our times.
Carmelo Chiaramonte is a chef deeply connected to the products of Sicily, his homeland, He practices a gastronomic education rooted in the food habits of eastern Sicily. Carmelo cooks the culinary traditional recipes according to the aromatic nuances of the dialects and tastes of the Mediterranean peoples.
He has been researching marine and terrestrial biodiversity for over thirty years. On television, Carmelo Chiaramonte has hosted and written programmes for Gambero Rosso Channel, such as “In Cucina con lo chef”, as well as co-authoring episodes for Geo&Geo on Raitre.
