This edition is therefore a tribute to the Mediterranean Diet, a UNESCO World heritage site, which embodies the essence of a healthy and tasty diet. It is a unique opportunity to explore the sustainability of our products, the richness of our traditions and the deep link between food and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne<\/strong> and the <strong>Italian Cultural Institute of Melbourne<\/strong>, for the ninth edition, present two events to explore the healthy and traditional aspects of Mediterranean cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with the <strong>Italian Cultural Institute of Sydney<\/strong>, on Tuesday 26 November at the Books for Cooks bookstore, <strong>Viola Buitoni<\/strong> will present her new cookbook \u2018<strong>Italy By Ingredient<\/strong>\u2019. This book shows the history and geography of Italy&#8217;s most famous ingredients, offering simple yet elegant recipes that reflect the essence of Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, 28 November, an evening of <strong>Italian culinary excellence<\/strong> will be held in collaboration with the <strong>Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>, with the extraordinary participation of <strong>MasterChef Guy Grossi<\/strong>.
