﻿{"id":4199,"date":"2025-03-11T13:38:58","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T02:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iicmelbourne.esteri.it\/news\/dall_istituto\/2025\/03\/premio-nazionale-booktuberprize\/"},"modified":"2025-03-11T13:56:29","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T02:56:29","slug":"premio-nazionale-booktuberprize","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iicmelbourne.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_istituto\/2025\/03\/premio-nazionale-booktuberprize\/","title":{"rendered":"National \u201cBookTuberPrize\u201d Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"111\">Applications are now open for the <strong data-start=\"34\" data-end=\"53\">seventh edition<\/strong> of the prestigious <strong data-start=\"73\" data-end=\"108\">National \u201cBookTuberPrize\u201d Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"113\" data-end=\"487\">The competition, promoted by the <strong data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"184\">Centre for Books and Reading (MiC)<\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"279\">General Directorate for Students, Inclusion, and Guidance (MIM)<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"353\">General Directorate for Public and Cultural Diplomacy (MAECI)<\/strong>, aims to foster a love for reading among young people while enhancing their comprehension, synthesis, and critical thinking skills.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"518\"><strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"516\">How to participate:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"676\">The competition is open to all young people aged <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"581\">11 to 21<\/strong>, both in Italy and abroad, who may participate either through their school or independently.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"763\">This year\u2019s edition offers the opportunity to choose from four thematic categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1080\"><strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"779\">Fiction<\/strong> \u2013 Novels by Italian authors published from 2000 to today<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1080\"><strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"852\">Poetry<\/strong> \u2013 Poetry collections published from 2000 to today<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1080\"><strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"924\">Picture Book<\/strong> \u2013 Illustrated books by Italian authors published from 2000 to today<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1080\"><strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1021\">Graphic Novel\/Comic<\/strong> \u2013 Comics by Italian authors published from 2000 to today<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1420\">Participants, either <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1154\">individually or in groups of up to three people<\/strong>, must select and read a book or poetry collection, then create a <strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1236\">video review<\/strong> (maximum <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1259\">2 minutes<\/strong>, in <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1278\">mp4 format<\/strong>), describing its content.
