These Digital Times is a free, online music festival presented by the Melbourne International Jazz Festival.
The festival will feature a stellar line-up of Australian and international artists live streamed on the last Saturday of May, June and July. That’s three days of incredible live music in the comfort of your home and a much needed opportunity for musicians to do what they do best.
Saturday 27 June Direct from Italy: Federico Casagrande at 3:30pm
Jazz guitarist Federico Casagrande began the study of classical music in Italy at an early age. He has released 11 records as leader or co-leader and has toured extensively throughout Europe and the rest of the world. Casagrande is an understated gem of European chamber-jazz – a six-string poet that has all the tools available to continue becoming of the singular voices in contemporary guitar.
