For the ninth edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute of Melbourne and the Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Sydney, have organized a unique culinary event. Renowned chef and author Viola Buitoni will present her new cookbook, ‘Italy By Ingredient’, on Tuesday, 26 November, at the Books for Cooks bookstore.
